DELIVERY DAY DETAILS:
Date for pickup: Monday October 8th (Rain or Shine)
Location: Eastview back parking lot (next to playground)
Times for pickup: 11:00am-3:00pm and 3:30pm-5:30pm (NOT DURING SCHOOL PICK UP FOR SAFETY REASONS)
We will not be doing any mumkin pickup from 3-3:30 due to car rider pickup behind the school. If you are picking up both a child and your mums at this time, we ask you to first get your child, leave the back parking lot, and then re-enter once all students have been picked up.
Procedure for pickup:
1.All inventory will be set up in the rear parking lot at Eastview.
2.Drive around back and wait in line in your car. You will not need to exit your vehicle during pickup.
3.CHECK IN: You will receive an ORDER SLIP that details who/what people have ordered (both web and paper based) on one form per student. You keep this. You will also receive a PULL SLIP that will inform the volunteers what to load in your car.
4.LOADING: You will be directed to stations where items will be loaded into your car by volunteers. PLEASE have your car ready for items BEFORE coming to Eastview (trunk cleared, seats cleared, etc.).
5.CHECK OUT: Your final station will be an inventory check and prize collection. (Here come the chickens…) You will be asked to sign off on your items. Some of you may not be able to fit your entire order in one trip. In this case, we will sign off on items collected on first trip, and ask you to return to pick up additional items.
PLEASE be patient with us as there is a lot of inventory.
If you can pick up your order before 3, please do so. We have numerous parents that will not be able to arrive until after 3:30.
Stay in your car.
Mums will be wrapped to reduce mess in your car.
